我国香菇菌棒脱袋装备研究现状与展望

摘    要:香菇菌棒脱袋作为转色或出菇前的重要生产工艺,其脱袋时间将直接影响后续香菇生长的产量与质量。从当前我国香菇菌棒脱袋的生产实际出发,对现有的菌棒破袋装备和菌棒脱袋装备的原理与优缺点进行综合分析。指出现阶段我国香菇菌棒脱袋装备存在破袋技术未突破、装备脱袋率不高、工作连续性和稳定性差等问题,提出菌棒脱袋装备的重点研究方向:进一步完善香菇菌棒脱袋理论研究,夯实菌棒脱袋装备研发基础;重点攻克菌棒破袋与脱袋等关键技术难点,实现高效、低损、低本脱袋;应用智能控制技术,增加装备的智能化水平。

Research status and prospect of Lentinus edodes stick debagging equipment in China
Abstract:Lentinus edodes stick debagging is an important production process before turning color or producing mushrooms. The time of debagging will directly affect the yield and quality of Lentinus edodes. Based on the current production practice of Lentinus edodes stick debagging in China, this paper comprehensively analyzes the principles, advantages, and disadvantages of the existing Lentinus edodes stick bag breaking equipment and Lentinus edodes stick debagging equipment and points out the existing problems of Lentinus edodes stick debagging equipment in China at the present stage, such as no breakthrough in debagging technology, low rate of equipment debagging, poor work continuity and stability, etc. The key research direction of Lentinus edodes stick debagging equipment is put forward: further improving the theoretical research of Lentinus edodes stick debagging and consolidating the R & D foundation of Lentinus edodes stick debagging equipment; focusing on overcoming the key technical difficulties such as Lentinus edodes stick bag breaking and debagging, to realize high efficiency, low loss, and low cost debagging; an applying intelligent control technology to increase the intelligent level of equipment.
