Network discovery and selection in 3GPP EPS

3GPP Evolved Packet System supports users＇ seamless mobility among a variety of access networks to meet the different needs of users, through a multi-access network discovery and selection mechanism. Commonly used network discovery methods are distributed and centralized, and commonly used network selection algorithms are cost function, fuzzy, logic, gray relational analysis, etc. Each method or algorithm has its own advantages and specific usage scenarios, also has some issues for the further study.
