立体定向脓肿抽吸及Ommaya管置入术治疗42例脑脓肿分析

摘    要:目的探讨立体定向脓肿抽吸结合Ommaya管置入术治疗脑脓肿的临床优势及体会。方法对我科2001-2006年5月间收治的42例颅内脑脓肿病人的病例资料、病情演化、CT影像及手术治疗效果及其术后并发症进行回顾性分析。结果立体定向脓肿抽吸及Ommaya管置入术治疗脑脓肿具有定位准确,创伤小,并发症少,复发率低,疗效优良的优点。结论立体定向脓肿抽吸及Ommaya管置入术治疗脑脓肿是一种微创而安全有效的治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical advantages and experience of stereospecific abscess suction with Ommaya tube implantation technique to cure encephalopyosis.Methods We reviewed the cases records,the disease courses,CT scans and operative effect,as well as the complication after operations of 42 encephalopyosis patients during the year 2001 to May,2006.Results The treatment of encephalopyosis by using stereospecific abscess suction with Ommaya tube implantation technique had the advantages of accurate orientation,mininal invasive,and hence few complications,low palindromic rate as well as satisfactory effect.Conclusion The stereospecific abscess suction with Ommaya tube implantation technique to cure encephalopyosis is an effective treatment with minimally invasiveness.
