无尾两栖类冬眠研究进展

摘    要:本文对无尾两栖类冬眠时的方式、形态、生理、生化及生物钟等影响进行了综述,冬眠对于无尾两栖类外部形态和内脏形态有一定的影响,起到保护和利于呼吸作用,引起呼吸、温度、心跳等变化,相对于活动期时降低,血糖升高,脂肪系数,肝系数提高,乳酸脱氢酸(LDH)同工酶LDH_1显著降低(P<0.01),LDH_5显著升高(P<0.01).红细胞,红血蛋白亦增加;同时也知道生物钟存在的部位松果体,视上核对冬眠有一定的影响.

Abstract:This article makes a comprehensive discussion of mode and morphogenesis, physiological biochemies and biological clock effection of Anurous amphibian while hibernating. Hibernation makes effection to a certain extent on ouside morphogenesis and insidesofmorphogenesis of Anurous Amphibian, and offers protection and make respiration easier. It eauuses the changes in respiration easier. It causes the changes in respiration, temperature and heart beating, etc. Lower comparing with in moving period; Blood glucose inereases, the fatty coeffieient and hepatie coefficient bo higher; Lactate dehydrogenase isozyme LDH drops down evidently (P<0. 01), LDH rises evidently (P<0. 01) RBC and HB increase too. At the same time we know that the place of biological clook existing-pineal boby and supraopticus make certain effection on hibernation.
