| 摘 要： | 研制了一种环氧玻璃鳞片长效防腐涂料，玻璃鳞片经复合硅烷处理剂处理后，其用量在20％～30％时，涂层的防护效果最佳。盐雾试验4000h，湿热试验3000h，涂层无变化，具有优异的防腐性能，可用于海洋平台、石油化工等重防腐领域。

| Abstract: | An epoxy glass flake long life anti-corrosion coatings was developed.When the dosage of epoxy glass flake processed by the composite silane treatment agent is 20%~30%,the protective effect of the coating is the best.After salt spray test 4 000 h and wet heat test 3 000 h,there is no change in coating,it has excellent anticorrosive property,which showed that the coatings can be used in heavy duty anti-corrosion field,such as offshore platform,petroleum chemical industry and so on. |
