| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对剖宫产术后恢复的影响。方法选择德州联合医院收治的剖宫产产妇60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组对产妇术前、术后进行合理的护理干预,对照组给予传统妇科护理方法,没有任何干预措施。结果经过护理干预,治疗组术后开始进食的时间,术后排气、拔除尿管以及下床活动的时间均比对照组提前,泌乳量充足。两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇术前、术后进行合理的护理干预,对剖宫产术及术后恢复均有一定的作用。
