| Abstract: | The idea of constructing an ecological garden city is considered as advancement and sublimation in city construction sense which is bound to promote economic, political, cultural and social development in the Qiqihar city. This paper goes from the real facts of ecological garden city construction in Qiqihar and finds out the problems existing then puts forward the corresponding counter-measure so as to gradually construct Qiqihar as an ecologically agreeable, tidy, fine, cultured and perfect garden city. |
