摘    要:介绍珠江三角洲某堤防工程采用预应力混凝土管桩进行软基处理失败的教训.阐述出现碎桩及断桩现象、桩位偏差大和桩长难以控制等问题的原因.得出石灰岩不宜作为桩端持力层,以及含孤石和障碍物多的地层和含有坚硬夹层的地层均不宜采用预应力混凝土管桩的认识.

Abstract:The works of using the pre-stressed pipe-pile to consolidate the foundation of the embankment situated at the Zhujiang delta failed of success, because there were the limestone interlayer and isolated rock block beneath the soft surface layer. The pre-stressed pipe-pile couldn't be driven into these hard rock, so most of them were broken or inclined. That is to say, the prestressed pipe-pile isn't suitable for this geological environment.
