周围型肺腺癌的CT、病理表现与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的相关性研究

目的 研究周围型肺腺癌的CT征象、病理表现与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的相关性。资料与方法 搜集52例经手术病理证实的周围型肺腺癌，术前均行CT扫描，对手术切除的肿瘤标本进行SABC法免疫组织化学染色，检测其PCNA的表达。分析周围型肺腺癌的某些CT征象与PCNA过度表达之间的关系。结果 肿瘤的分化程度、有无肺门和／或纵隔淋巴结转移、某些CT征象与PCNA的过度表达有关。结论 PCNA的表达程度可作为反映肺腺癌增殖状态、恶性程度及淋巴结转移潜能的有效指标。周围型肺腺癌的某些CT征象对评价肿瘤的恶性生物学行为有一定意义。

Correlation of CT and Pathologic Findings with PCNA Expression in Peripheral Pulmonary Adenocarcinomas

Objective To study the correlation of CT signs and pathologic findings with proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression in peripheral pulmonary adenocarcinomas.Materials and Methods Fifty-two cases with pathologically-proved peripheral pulmonary adenocarcinoma were collected. CT scanning was performed in all cases before surgery. PCNA expression of paraffin-embedded tumor samples was estimated with immunohistochemical technique. The correlation between CT signs and the PCNA expression was evaluated.Results The degree of differentiation, the pulmonary hilar and/or mediastinal lymphatic metastasis, and some CT signs showed a certain correlation with the over-expression of PCNA. Conclusion The level of PCNA expression can be used as an index to reflect the proliferating status, malignant degree and metastatic potential of peripheral pulmonary adenocarcinomas. Some CT signs are helpful in evaluating the biological behavior of the tumor.
