| 摘 要： | 本文从定义入手分析了高校学报与专业性科技期刊的差异,认为转变办刊理念是高校学报工作的重点.根据引证数据说明了我国科技期刊与国际一流期刊有很大差距.在提高高校学报的学术质量方面,吸纳具有创新成果的论文是难点.最后,从数字出版、品牌经营和政策激励等方面论述了提升高校学报学术影响力的措施.
