复杂塔最小回流比的确定

摘    要:用Underwood法确定复杂精馏塔最小回流比。对于一股进料,开设侧线产品的塔,证明了当各侧线中轻关键组份的浓度由下而上递增,重关键组份的浓度递减,且q_(p′)≤q_F≤q_P时,只要将underwood方程应用于进料级的上、下二段,即可求出控制最小回流比.


Determination of Minimum Reflux Ratio for Complex Columns
Abstract:The Underwood method has been used to calculate minimum reflux ratio for complex columns. Forthe column with single feed and sidestreams, it has been proved that when concentrations of the light key in sidestreams increase and that of heavy key decrease from bottom to top, and q_p'≤q_F≤q_p, the controlling minimum reflux ratio can be calculated by applying the Underwood equations to the lower and upper sections adjacent to the feed stage.
