| Abstract: | The project management of the Zhouning hydroelectric project in Fujian is undertaken by the Mindong Hydropower Development Company Ltd..This project invited bids for construction and equipment procurement,following strictly the provisions of the Tender Law.It carried out a number of design optimizations and attached great importance to quality and safety and civilized production;and worked hard to meet requirements and to strive for commissioning.The goal for high speed,excellent quality and efficient management has been achieved. |
