喷丸对连杆疲劳强度的影响

摘    要:本文阐述了喷丸强化提高连杆表面质量和疲劳寿命。经喷丸处理,其试片弧高度迟到0.7mm时,疲劳极限提高了19%,达到440MPa,连杆实物疲劳强度试验结果表明,喷丸复盖率影响强化效果,文中还叙述了喷丸强化层应力分布的X射线应力测定工作。

Abstract:In this paper,improvement of surface property and fatigue strengthof connecting rods by shot-peening is described.After process by shot-peening,whilethe protuberance height attained to 0.70 mm,fatigue strength increased by 19%,upto 440 MPa. Fatigue test results of original connecting rod indicated that the covering rate of shotpeened surface influenced surface sturdiness.The stress distribution of shot-peeningstrengthening surface,determined by x-ray delecting instrument is also presented.
