摘    要:基于ANSYS Workbench11.0协同仿真环境,运用第3类热边界条件与间接耦合分析方法,完成了某大功率150型柴油机活塞的热机耦合分析。分析发现,活塞销孔处综合应力偏高,在此基础上改进了活塞销孔结构,并采用DOE(Design of Experiments)优化设计方法对改进结构进行了尺寸优化设计,优化后活塞销孔部位应力降低22.6%。

Abstract:Based on ANSYS 10.0 Workbench Environment and using third thermal boundary conditions and method of indirect thermal-structural couplings,analysis of the thermal stress field of the piston for 150 diesel engine was made. On the basis of analysis,the structure of piston pin hole has been improved,and the dimension has been optimized using the method of DOE. After the optimization,the stress of the piston pin hole decreased by 22.6%.
