| Abstract: | Job burnout denotes psychosomatic syndrome that characterized by emotion exhaustion, depersonalization and reduction of personal achievments. This paper discribes the definition of job burnout as well as the causes and negtive effects on patient care. Last section some intervention and suggestions will be discussed, so as to improve health care prividers' well-being and the qulity of patient care. |
