钒氮微合金化技术的研究与应用综述

摘    要:含钒钢中增氮,促进了碳氮化钒的析出,增强了钒的沉淀强化作用,提高了钢的强度,在相同强度水平下,节约了钒的用量,降低了钢的成本,因此,氮是含钒钢中一种十分有效的合金化元素。本文介绍了钒氮微合金化技术的机理及其在高强度钢筋、非调质钢、高强度厚壁H型钢和CSP产品等产品开发中的应用。

Abstract:Increasing nitrogen content in V-steels optimizes the precipitation of V(C,N),therefore provide more effective precipiptation strengthening.Equivalent strength can be obtained with less vanadium addition and lower costing.This paper introduces the mechanism of V-N microalloying technology and the applications of V-N microalloying technology in high strength reinforced bar,non-quenched and tempered steels,high strength and thickness H-shape steel,CSP products and so on.
