热电材料Bi_2Te_3粉体的制备及粒径分析

摘    要:为了确定经机械合金化法制备的Bi2Te3粉体进行激光粒度分析的适宜条件,运用X射线粉末衍射、激光粒度分析、比表面积分析等手段对样品物相和粒径进行分析。结果表明,高能球磨30 h后,Bi2Te3晶粒的平均粒径达到本实验中的最小值135 nm;当分散剂采用Tween-80,体积分数为1%;粉体质量浓度为0.01 g/mL时,对样品进行激光粒度分析的结果较为理想。

Abstract:In order to determine the appropriate dispersing conditions for laser particle size analysis of Bi2Te3 powders synthesized by mechanical alloying method,the as-prepared Bi2Te3 powders were characterized by X ray powder diffraction,laser particle size analyzer and specific surface area analyzer.After 30 h mechanical alloying,the average grain size of Bi2Te3 powders reaches the minimum value of 135 nm,and dispersing agent Tween-80 in volume fraction of 1% with particle concentration 0.01 g/mL are proved suitable for particle size analyzing.
