直流电晕放电等离子体烟气脱硫数值分析

摘    要:对直流电晕放电等离子体烟气脱硫进行了研究,通过分析影响脱硫效率的各个因素,拟合出单因素的贡献函数.在此基础上,利用多元回归方法得出直流电晕放电等离子体烟气脱硫的效率经验公式.找出了脱硫效率与电压、水蒸气含量、氨气投加量及SO2初始浓度的函数关系.由公式得到的预测值与实验值一致性较好,因此该经验公式可为直流电晕放电等离子体烟气脱硫提供参考.

Abstract:SO2 removal by DC corona discharge plasma has been studied.By analyzing each influencing factor,the contributing function of each factor to SO2 removal efficiency is integrated.Basing on them,a multidimensional linear regression method has been applied to construct empirical model equation of SO2 removal efficiency.Then it finds out the function relation of SO2 removal efficiency with the influencing factors(applied voltage,vapor concentration,ammonia stoichiometry and initial SO2 concentration).The values calculated with empirical equation are very consistent with the experimental results.Therefore this equation can be referred to for the technology of SO2 removal by DC corona discharge plasma.
