低黏度机油在汽油机上的应用研究

通过对目前市场上各种等级的机油进行充分调研,应用API等级为SN,SAE等级为0W-20的低黏度机油进行燃油经济性及相关耐久性研究。对低黏度机油进行了一系列试验,包括发动机台架耐久试验、整车NEDC油耗试验、整车耐久试验等。试验结果显示,低黏度机油应用于某汽油发动机可产生约0.69%的节油效果,并且能在特定的发动机及整车耐久试验中保持良好性能。

Application of Low Viscosity Oil in Gasoline Engine

Fuel economy and durability tests were carried out by using SN 0W-20 engine oil based on the investigation of dif-ferent grades of engine oils used commonly in current market .A series of tests such as engine durability bench test ,vehicle NEDC test and vehicle durability test were carried out to study the performance of low viscosity oil .The test results show that the low viscosity oil can realize fuel saving of about 0 .69% in one Geely gasoline engine and can maintain good performance in specific durability test for engine and vehicle .
