| 摘 要： | 目的:建立非诺贝特咀嚼片体外溶出度试验测定方法.方法:选用桨法,溶出量采用紫外分光光度法测定.结果:辅料无干扰,平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.07%,3批样品平均溶出量均超过标示量的80%.结论:本方法用于非诺贝特咀嚼片溶出度测定简便、快捷、可靠.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVEA method for the determination of dissolution of fenofibrate chewable tablets in vitro was established.METHODSThe UV spectrophotometry was applied to determine the dissolution of fenofibrate chewable tablets. RESULTSThe method is reliable and sensitive.The average recovery and RSD were (100.4%) and (1.07%).The average dissolution of three batches of the tablets exceeded the claimed amount by 80%.CONCLUSIONThe method is rapid,convenient and satisfied for the determination of dissolution of fenofibrate chewable tablets. |
