| 摘 要： | 本文根据CK7815数控车床的刀架系统的故障情况,从分析控制原理入手,利用原机床不用的尾架液压系统对刀架进行改造,有效地提高了刀架定位可靠度和精度,提高了工作效率。

| Abstract: | The paper analysed the causes of the tool carriage failure of the NC lathe model ck7815 based on the work principle of the machine and reconstructed the tool carriage by dint of a set of idle hydraulic system of the machine to improve the position precision and enhance reliability of the machine effectively. |
