中药循经敷贴对哮喘豚鼠肺组织IL-10 mRNA表达的影响

目的:探讨中药循经敷贴治疗哮喘的作用机制。方法:采用Hutson法豚鼠模型,治疗组隔日诱喘后用中药敷贴30 min,对照组隔日诱喘后采用生理盐水浸润纱布敷贴,比较记录诱喘潜伏期时间。两周后处死豚鼠,取肺组织,用半定量RT-PCR法比较IL-10mRNA的表达。结果:中药循经敷贴能显著延长豚鼠诱喘潜伏期,提高哮喘豚鼠肺组织IL-10mRNA的表达。结论:提高IL-10mRNA的表达可能是中药循经敷贴治疗哮喘的重要机制之一。

Effect of herbal application along the meridian on IL-10mRNA expression in the lung tissue of guinea pigs with asthma

Objective: To discuss the mechanism of herbal application along the meridian in treating asthma.Methods: The asthma guinea pig models induced by Huston's methods were externally applied with herbs for 30 minutes,qod.The control group of guinea pigs were applied with wet gauzes in NS.The arousal time were compared and recorded.The lung tissues were collected after they were killed two weeks later.We used the method of RT-PCR to compare the expression of IL-10mRNA.Results: The arousal time can be prolonged significantly and the expression of IL-10mRNA can rise through the application of Chinese herbs.Conclusion: Increasing the expression of IL-10mRNA may be one of the important mechanisms of herbal application along the meridian in treating asthma.
