补阳还五汤配合针刺治疗脑梗死偏瘫患者的临床研究

目的：探讨补阳还五汤配合针刺对气虚血瘀型脑梗死偏瘫患者神经功能缺损、日常生活活动能力的影响。方法：将100例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组（A组）：补阳还五汤配合针刺治疗,对照组（B组）：针刺治疗,每组各5O例,采用神经功能缺损评分、功能独立性评定（FIM）评定患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损程度和日常生活活动能力。结果：A、B两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分和FIM评分均明显高于治疗前（P〈0.05）;A组治疗后神经功能缺损评分和FIM评分均明显高于B组（P〈0.05）。结论：补阳还五汤配合针刺治疗对改善脑梗死偏瘫患者神经功能缺损及日常生活活动能力具有良好的临床效果。

Clinical Effects of Buyang Huanwu Decotion Combined with Acupuncture on Hemiplegic Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture on neurologic impairment and activity of daily living among cerebral infarction hemiplegia patients with Qi- deficiency-blood- stasis syndrome. Methods： 100 cases of patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into a treatment group（ Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture,50 cases） and a control group（ acupuncture,50cases）. Use NIHSS and FIM to evaluate the severity of neurologic impairment and the function of daily living before and after treatment. Results： The NIHSS and FIM scores in both two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）; NIHSS and FIM scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture has a good effect on improving neurologic impairment and the function of daily living among patients with hemiplegia.
