小儿疱疹性口腔炎中医药治疗近况

目的]对近10年小儿疱疹性口腔炎的中医药治疗作一综述，指出中医药治疗本病的优势和不足之处，以期中医中药对小儿疱疹性口腔炎有针对性的多途径、灵活性的治疗开辟更广阔的前景。方法]搜集、参考小儿疱疹性口腔炎中医药治疗方面的相关文献报道，对其病因病机、辩证分型及中医药治疗，包括中药汤剂内服、中成药口服、相关经验治疗以及中成药雾化、外敷、针刺、推拿等进行归纳、总结。结果]在近10年的临床研究中，中医药治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎显示了一定优势，同时也对其在开展多中心、大样本的前瞻性临床研究，客观评价其临床疗效，明确其治疗本病的适应症，研究开发更有针对性更方便有效的内治、外治药物方面都指明了研究方向。结论]中医药近年来在该病的临床研究中显示了一定优势；客观评价中医药治疗本病的临床疗效，明确中医药治疗本病的适应症，有针对性的研究开发方便有效的内治、外治药物都将是其治疗本病的研究方向。
