基于ANSYS的冻结过程中温度场的有限元分析

摘    要:进行圆柱形容器内水的冻结实验,并基于ANSYS的有限元分析法对其冻结过程进行计算机模拟.结果表明:计算机模拟与实验结果相吻合,冻结过程中相变持续时间径向不等,降温速率和降温曲线的线性分布特性在相变前、后正好相反.

Abstract:The water freezing test was carried out in the cylinder utensil,and the freezing process was simulated by computer based on ANSYS's finite element analysis.The result demonstrated that computer simulation showed good agreement with experimental test,the duration of phase change in freezing process varied with different radius,the linear distribution property of the temperature lowering rate and the temperature lowering curve before phase change was on the contrary after phase change.
