摘    要:目的:建立不同产地丹参药材的数字化色谱指纹谱以用于药材鉴定。方法:采用RP-HPLC梯度洗脱技术进行HPLC分离分析,建立丹参药材的数字化色谱指纹谱。色谱柱:ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-Cl8柱;流动相:1%醋酸甲醇溶液-1%醋酸水溶液作梯度洗脱;流速:1mL/min;检测波长:280nm。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,建立了药材的HPLC—DFPS(HPLC-Digitized Finger Print Spectrum),提供了稳定可控指纹谱图。结论:结果表明利用数字化色谱指纹谱技术分析和鉴定中药材是切实可行的。

Abstract:Objective: To establish some HPLC Digitized fingerpring Spectrum (HPLC DFPS) of Danshen from different areas so that it will be applied in quality control of Chinese herbs. Methods: A gradient separated method was applied with column: Zorbax Eclipse XDB C 18 , Mobile phase: methanol (1% Acetic acid) water (1% Acetic acid), Detection waveleng that: 280nm. Results: Using above optimum chromatograph conditions, HPLC DFPS of Danshen were established. Conclusion: Comparison of a group of marker peaks suggested the HPLC DEPS could be identified for quantity and quality scientifically and throughly.
