常规护理查房和晨间床边护理查房效果的对比分析

目的对比分析常规护理查房和晨间床边护理查房的效果,以供参考。方法我院自2012年5月起实施晨间床边护理查房,以实施晨间床边护理查房前一年内住院患者178例为对照组,以实施晨间床边护理查房后一年内住院患者192例为观察组,对比两组医护满意率、护患满意率的差异性。结果对比两组医护满意率发现,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组护患满意率发现,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晨间床边护理查房有助于医生和护理人员之间的沟通协作,增进患者和护理人员的理解和体谅,对各项护理工作的顺利开展有益。

Comparison on the Effect of Conventional Nursing Ward Round and Morning Bedside Nursing Ward Round

Objective To compare the effect of routine nursing rounds and morning bedside nursing round.Methods Morning bedside nursing round has been performed in our hospital since May 2012.178 patients who were hospitalized one year ahead of performing morning bedside nursing rounds were selected as control group.192 patients who were hospitalized one year after morning bedside nursing rounds was performed were selected as observation group.Their doctor-nurse satisfaction rate and nurse-patient satisfaction rate were compared.Results According to the comparison between the two groups,the doctor-nurse satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statical significance(P<0.05).According to the comparison between the two groups,the nurse-patient satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The morning bedside nursing round helps to enhance the communication and cooperation between doctors and nurses,and to improve understanding and consideration between patients and nursing staff,which is beneficial for the nursing staff to perform the nursing work smoothly.
