大型汽轮机阀壳寿命设计技术的研究

摘    要:分析了汽车机主汽阀和调节汽阀阀壳寿命的薄弱环节,采用大型有限元程序对阀壳的温度场、应力场和蠕变应力进行了计算,并介绍了计算结果。提出了汽车轮机主汽阀和调节阀阀壳低周疲劳寿命和蠕变寿命的定量设计方法,并给出了应用实例。

Abstract:This paper analyzes weakness link of steam turbine's main stop valve and control valve, uses the large finite element program to calculate temperature field and stress field of valve housing and gives out the calculating results. The paper also presents the low cycle fatigue life and creep life's quantificational method of steam turbine's main stop valve and control valve, and applied examples. Fig 1, tables 2 and refs 4.
