| 摘 要： | 目的：了解临床护理人员医疗锐器伤的发生情况,并探讨相应的防护对策。方法：对某院430名临床护理人员及实习护生发放自行设计的医疗锐器伤问卷调查表,进行半年内回顾性调查、分析。结果：半年内发生锐器伤404例,1 533例次;玻璃致伤1 127例次;针刺伤314例,且护龄越低针刺伤发生率越高;锐器伤发生率与护理工作量有关。结论：临床护理人员的自身防护问题应引起重视,尤其要加强对护理人员的职业安全教育;重组操作流程,规范操作行为;合理配置护理人员,实行弹性排班,以减少锐器伤发生,避免职业感染等危害。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the occur situation of medical sharp wastes injury for clinical nursing staffs' hand and discuss homologus prevention measures.Methods:430 clinical nurses and nurses students were investigate by self design questionnaire in part of year.Results: 404 cases were wound by sharp wastes in part of year(1 533 times);glass wounds 1 127 times;needlestick 314 times,the workdays more short and the occur rate of needlestick more high,the occur rate of sharp wastes wound relate to nursing work quantity.Conclusion:Clinical nursing staff must pay attention to self prevention,it is important to enhance occupational education for nursing staff;pay attention to operation process,standardized operation behavior,rational division of labour and carry out flexible arrange in order of staff could reduce the occur rate of sharp wastes wound and occupational infection. |
