室温拉变形后的铜包铝线材的力学性能和导电性能

摘    要:经室温拉拔的铜包铝线的显微组织是纤维状细长晶粒,纤维长度与形变量的平方近似地成正比,晶界面积增大系数与形变量近似地成正比。其抗拉强度随形变量增大而增大,与形变量平方根呈直线关系;延伸率随形变量增大逐渐降低;电阻率随形变量增加而直线增加,但相对增量极小。经室温拉拔的铜包铝线的抗拉强度和电阻率可以根据原始材料的相应数据和工艺参数进行预测。

Abstract:The microstructure of the cladding wire by drawing at room temperature is vimineous grain as fibril shape from prime equiaxed grain. The fibril length is in direct proportion to square of deformation and the increasing ratio of the area of grain boundary is in direct proportion to deformation approximately. The ultimate tensile strength of the cladding wire goes up in direct proportion to square root of deformation and the elongation comes down. The mass resistivity of the cladding wires go up in direct proportion to deformation, but the increment of mass resistivity is little relatively. Basis of the characteristics of prime pure copper and alloy aluminum, the tensile strength and the mass resistivity of the cladding wires in different diameters can be determined by means of the technical parameters.
