不同胞孔泡沫铝对爆炸冲击波的衰减研究

摘    要:运用LS_DYNA对三种不同胞孔形状的泡沫铝在爆炸载荷作用下冲击波的衰减规律进行数值模拟研究,得到了不同位置的应力波形曲线,表明冲击波应力随传播距离的增加,应力波峰值迅速衰减,且应力峰值随传播距离呈指数规律变化,但闭孔泡沫铝衰减冲击波性能要优于开孔泡沫铝,爆炸冲击波的传播速度随时间增加呈线性衰减。

Abstract:Shock wave attenuation of three cell structure foam aluminum under blast loading was simulated by LS-DYNA. The stress wave curves obtained at different locations show that the attenuation of shock wave is rapid with the increase of transmission distance. Peak stress with propaga-tion distance is in accord with the exponential law. But closed-cell aluminum foam is superior to open-cell aluminum foam on attenuation proper-ties. The propagation velocity of blast wave decrease linearly with increase of time.
