摘    要:使用2kW连续波CO2激光器在45号钢表面激光熔覆Ni合金层及Ni合金中添加50%Cr3C2复合粉的复合涂层,并分析两种激光熔覆层的物相、组织和显微硬度。结果表明,在Ni基合金中添加50%Cr3C2复合粉,采用激光功率1.7kw、扫描速度5mm/s、光斑直径3mm的激光工艺熔覆,可获得良好的激光熔覆层;Ni/50%Cr3C2复合涂层的组织明显比Ni合金层的组织细化,其硬度达950~1200HV,比Ni合金层的显微硬度提高350~400HV。

Abstract:Laser cladded Ni alloy layer and Ni with addition of 50% Cr3C2 are produced on the surface of 45 steel by means of 2kW continuous CO2 laser, and the microstructure,phases and microhardness of the two kinds of laser claddedlayers are investigated.The results show that, by adding 50% Cr3C2 compound power and adopting a certain laser cladding technology, good laser cladded layer can be obtained; the microstructure of Ni/50%Cr3C2 composite layer is finer than that of Ni alloy layer, and the microhardness of Ni/50%Cr3CZ composite layer reaches 950~1200HV, whichis 350 ~400HV higher than that of Ni alloy layer.
