中温磷化工艺研究

摘    要:采用马日夫盐、磷酸二氢锌、硝酸锌等为主要材料,加入适当的磷化促进剂,研究成功了一种性能全面的钢铁中温磷化工艺,检测了磷化膜的性能探讨了磷化液主要成分和磷化工艺条件对磷化膜质量的影响结果表明,所形成的磷化膜呈灰黑色,结晶细致、均匀,耐蚀性好,与涂层附着力好,工艺维护简单,沉渣少,适用于各类钢铁件涂装前的处理,也可用于线材拔丝磷化处理。

Abstract:A new process of middle temperature Zn-Mn-Fe phosphating on steel with universal properties was developed by using Mazhef salt, zinc dihydrogen phosphate and zine nitrate,etc as main materials and suitable phosphating accelerator in the phosphating solution. The properties of the obtained phosphating films were tested. The effects of the main composition and operation conditions on the quality of the phosphating films were discussed. The results show that the phosphating films with fine and uniform crystal are grey-black, and have good corrosion resistance and strong adhesion to coatings. The process has the advantages of easy maintenance and little sludge, and can be applied to both the pre-treatment of painting for all kinds of steel parts and the phosphating of drawing thread of wires.
