复方青黛胶囊配合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨复方青黛胶囊配合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月至2012年12月在我院治疗的玫瑰糠疹患者82例,按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组40例,对照组42例。治疗组采用复方青黛胶囊配合窄谱中波紫外线治疗;对照组采用窄谱中波紫外线治疗。结果治疗组总有效率(90.5%)明显高于对照组(67.5%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率(17.5%)与治疗组(12.5%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方青黛胶囊配合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹临床疗效明显且不良反应较轻,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of compound indigo capsules with narrow-band UVB treatment for pityriasis rosea. Methods 82 patients with pityriasis rosea from January 2011 to December 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group( 40 cases) were treated with compound capsule indigo and narrow band UVB therapy and the patients in control group( 42 cases) were given narrow-band UVB group therapy. Results The total effective of treatment group( 90. 5%) was significantly higher than that of control group( 67. 5%),there was significant difference between the two groups( P〈0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group( 17. 5%) had no difference compared with the control group( 12. 5%)( P〉 0. 05). Conclusion Compound indigo capsules with narrowband UVB treatment for pityriasis rosea has obvious clinical efficacy and fewer adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
