摘    要:长输油气管道在各种因素作用下会出现裂纹、蚀坑、壁厚变薄等现象,严重时导致油气泄露事故,国内外为防患于未然,积极开展了长输管道在线无损检测方面的研究工作.给出了在长输油管检测中得到广泛应用的超声波智能爬机系统的组成结构、系统框图,分析了探头架、控制器、数据处理器、电源等各部分的功能与工作原理,提出了对检测对象进行内外定位的基本方法.简要介绍了目前国内外各公司及科研机构在这个领域的研究进展情况并预测了它的发展趋势.

Abstract:Under the influence of various factors, cracks and erosion may take place on pipeline and wall thickness of pipeline may become thinner, which might lead to oil and gas leak. To take preventive measures, researches have been carried out at home and abroad on online nondestructive flaw detection of pipeline. The structure and block diagram of ultrasonic smart pig system which is widely used in pipeline detection are presented, the functions and working principles of detecting head, controller, data processing unit and electrical source have been analyzed, and the basic method for the orientation of object to be detected is also advanced. At last, the research progress in this field by corporations and research institutes at home and abroad is briefly introduced, and the prospect is also forecasted.
