| Abstract: | Empathy is the key point of favorable nurse-patient relationship and the essence of all nurse-patient communication.This article summarized the concept,significance and effect of empathy ability of nurses.It summarized the method and the effect of cultivating empathy ability for nurses at home and in abroad so as to establish and perfect the evaluation system for empathy ability of nurses. |
