| Abstract: | The article combines practice,the whole degree of safety of a base to compounding and bearing the weight of the calculation question of the reliability of strength,have analysed and subsided and controlled and compounded bearing the weight of the characteristic and design method of base ,permit the subsiding amount,relation between safety coefficient and dependability index to carry on the discussion to designing at the same time. |
