德国沼气建设对周口沼气推广发展的启发

河南周口市是中国中部地区的一个农业大市,沼气的利用与推广对当地新农村建设有着重要的意义。近年来在政府的大力支持下,当地的农村沼气建设得到了长足的发展,周口市已经成为全国沼气建设发展的典范之一。但周口市的农村沼气建设在取得了成就的同时也存在着一定的问题,笔者通过实地考察周口沼气建设,结合对德国沼气发展的研究,总结周口农村沼气发展的经验与不足,从中获取德国沼气对当地农村沼气发展的借鉴意义,从而创新发展思路,完善政策与法规,开发多种利用方式,促进周口农村沼气的合理利用与推广,最终致力于为社会主义新农村建设服务。

The Enlightenment of Germany Biogas Construction to Extension and Development of Zhoukou Biogas

Zhoukou city of Henan province is a big agricultural one in middle area of China, the use and extension of biogas has an important significance for new countryside construction in local area. In recent years, rural biogas construction has got great development under the support of the local government, Zhoukou city has become one of the models of chinese biogas construction,but some problems also exists in it, In this article, based on field work of Zhoukou biogas construction, the experience and deficiency of rural biogas development in Zhoukou city were summarized combined with study of germany biogas development, so reference meaning of germany biogas to development of rural biogas was obtained from these experiences, so as to innovate the development thought, perfect policy and rule, exploit various use patterns, and promote reasonable use and extension of rural biogas in Zhoukou city, finally, it is devoted to serve the construction of the socialist new countryside.
