常减压、催化裂化装置的节能降耗潜力分析

摘    要:中海石油炼化有限责任公司惠州炼油分公司拥有目前国内第一套单系列最大的1200万t/年常减压蒸馏装置,主要加工高酸低硫的蓬莱原油,在石油加工的能耗控制指标中,常减压蒸馏装置单位能耗是比较小的,但由于其处理量大,绝对能耗还是比较可观的,同时催化裂化装置的节能措施多样效果明显,本文就惠州炼油分公司1200万t/年常减压装置和催化裂化装置120万∥年催化裂化装置的节能降耗途径作逐一浅述,希望能给节能工作带来帮助。

Abstract:CNOOC Refinery Co. , Ltd. , Huizhou Refinery had the domestic first division series of the largest single 1200 tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, mainly processing high - acid low - sulfur crude of Penglai. The energy consumption in the oil processing control indicators, atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was relatively small, but because of its large capacity, absolute energy consumption was quite substantial, and fluid catalytic cracking unit of energy - saving measures as diverse effect was obvious. The energy - saving way of Huizhou refinery Branch 1200 tons/ year of crude oil distillation unit and FCCU 1.2 million tons/year was reviewed to help to bring energy conservation.
