摘    要:人性化管理作为一种以人为本的管理方法,对于新办本科院校而言,日益凸显出其重要性和价值。东莞理工学院工商管理系在人性化管理方面,进行了开创性探索。该系在服务学生考研方面,在考前、复习、考后所做的工作,都体现了人性化管理的理念。
