| 摘 要： | 介绍了通用接口总线(GPIB)及其应用.阐述了GPIB特点、性能、系统、接口卡及其自动测量系统的软件结构.最后,利用PC机、带GPIB的标准源、数字万用表组成一基于GPIB的自动化测试系统.该系统可减少工作量,并提高检测速度和可靠性.

| Abstract: | The general purpose interface bus(GPIB) and its application were introduced.The characteristic,performance,system,interface module and software configuration for automation measure system of GPIB were expounded.Finally,a automation measure system based on GPIB was constructed by PC,standard data source with GPIB and digital multimeter.The system can reduce workload,and improve test velocity and reliability. |
