新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下医院发热门诊运行模式效果分析

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下医院发热门诊运行模式的优化。方法选取医院发热门诊2020年1月至2月诊治的有新型冠状病毒肺炎明确或可疑流行病学史的200例患者,分别纳入发热门诊现有运行模式管理前组和管理后组(各100例),多管齐下开展疫情期间发热门诊的管理工作,包括开通门诊住院隔离治疗"绿色通道",物资配备齐全,感染防控措施到位,设置分区域诊治,按病情轻重分类施治,以及对患者和家属进行相关知识宣教等。结果管理后组患者对新型冠状病毒传染源、传播途径、早期症状、预防措施的知晓情况得分,以及对新型冠状病毒预防知识的知晓率均明显高于管理前组(P<0.05)。结论医院实施的发热门诊运行模式能切实做好新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的防控工作,有效应对疫情。

Effect of Operation Mode of Fever Clinic in a Hospital During the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Epidemic

Objective To investigate the optimization of the operation mode of the fever clinic in a hospital during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.Methods Totally 200 patients with definite or suspected epidemiological history of pneumonia diagnosed and treated in the fever clinic of the hospital from January to February 2020 were selected,and they were divided into the pre-management group(100 cases)and the post-management group(100 cases)of the current operation mode of the fever clinic.The management of the fever clinic during the epidemic was carried out in multiple ways,including opening the″green channel″for isolation treatment in outpatient and inpatient,complete materials,good infection prevention and control measures,setting up regional diagnosis and treatment,treatment according to the severity of the patients’condition,and carrying out relevant knowledge publicity and education for patients and their families.Results The scores of the patients’awareness of the infectious source,transmission route,early symptoms,and preventive measures about the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),and the awareness rate of the SARS-CoV-2 prevention knowledge in the post-management group were significantly higher than those in the pre-management group(P<0.05).Conclusion The operation mode of the fever clinic implemented by the hospital can effectively prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic,and it can effectively deal with the epidemic.
