一期后前路联合手术治疗重型脊髓型颈椎病疗效分析

目的：探讨重型脊髓型颈椎病的手术治疗方法。方法：对13例重型脊髓型颈椎病采用一期后、前路联合手术。结果：13例病例均在术后3个月～16个月进行随访，平均11个爿，优8例，良4例，可1例，2例出现并发症如喉上神经和（或）喉返神经症状等，1例C5神经根麻痹，1例手术后4个月出现相邻节段的后突畸形、椎间盘退变突出压迫脊髓。结论：一期后、前路联合手术治疗重型脊髓型颈椎病是一种较好的手术方法。

Curative Analysis on One-Stage Posterior-Anterior Pathway Combined Surgical Treatment for Severe Spinal Cord Type of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective： To investigate the surgical treatment methods for severe spinal cord type of cervical spondylosis. Methods：Thirteen patients with severe spinal cord type of cervical spondylosis were treated with one-stage posterior-anterior pathway combined surgical treatment. Results：The 13 cases were followed up after 3 - 16 months of operation （an average 11 months）. The curative effects showed that 8 cases were excellent,4 cases good and 1 case example and there were 2 cases complications such as superior laryngeal nerve and/or recurrent laryngeal nerve, one case with C5 nerve root palsy and 1 case with adjacent segment kyphosis and the compressive spinal cord of intervertebral disc degeneration protrusion after 4 months of the operation. Conclusion： It is a good way that one-stage posterior-anterior pathway combined surgery treats the severe spinal cord type of cervical spondylosis.
