| 摘 要： | 天津钢铁集团有限公司实施战略东移后，生产设备从钢铁冶炼到制品达到可了国内一流水平，实现了跨越式发展。安全生产管理面临着新情况和新问题。分析了安全生产管理现状，结合实际确立了企业安全管理标准化建设目标。以炼铁、炼钢单元标准化创建工作为例，详细论述了安全生产标准化建设工作的策划、宣传、创建、实施等过程。实施安全标准化后，企业连续两年实现了“五零一降”的安全生产目标。
