补充左旋卡尼汀对维持性血透患者的影响

目的:观察补充左旋卡尼汀对维持性血透患者贫血、肌肉痉挛发生率的影响。方法:采用随机对照的方法选择维持性血透患者30例,分治疗组15例,对照组15例。治疗组15例每次血透后静脉补充左旋卡尼汀1g,3月、6月后测量血红蛋白、红细胞压积并记录促红细胞生成素的用量、肌肉痉挛发生次数。结果:静脉补充左旋卡尼汀3月、6月都能提高血红蛋白及红细胞压积(P<0.01),减少促红细胞生成素的用量(P<0.01)。能够减少维持性血透患者肌肉痉挛的发生率(P<0.01)。结论:静脉补充左旋卡尼汀能够改善维持性血透患者贫血情况、减少肌肉痉挛的发生率。

Effects of L-carnitine supplementation on maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective: To observe the effects of L-carnitine supplementation on anemia and muscle cramps of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods: Thirty maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups,therapy group: L-carnitine 1.0g intravenously infuse after every dialysissession.The observed course was 3 months and 6 months.The concentration of hemoglobin and hematocrit was tested.The rHuEPO dose and the incidence of muscle cramps were observed.Results: In the therapy group,after 3 months and 6 months,the concentration of hemoglobin and hematocrit were singnificantly increased,P<0.01.The rHuEPO dose was reduced,P<0.01,and the incidence of muscle cramps was not significantly reduced,P<0.01.Conclusion: L-carnitine supplementation can improve anemia,reduce the incidence of muscle cramps in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
