甲醇蒸发器在直喷式柴油机上的应用

摘    要:本文介绍了在130单缸试验机上采用甲醇蒸发器掺烧甲醇的试验研究。结果表明,掺烧甲醇蒸气可回收部分排气废热。在中、高负荷下,甲醇掺烧比可达35~57.3%,热效率可提高7~17%。文中还给出甲醇蒸发器的布置及结构参数。并对掺烧甲醇后突出的工作粗暴问题,采取减小供油提前角对策,获得满意的效果。

Abstract:The experimental investigation on burning vaporised methanol in single cylinder testing engine with a cylinder bore of 130 mm through a vaporizer is presented in this paper. The results show that burning vaporised methanol can recover some heat of the exhaust gas. Under the medium and high load condition, the mass ratio of mixed fuel with methanol can be reached as much as 35-57.3%, and the thermal efficiency can be improved by 7-17%. The arrangement and structural parameters of the vaporizer are given in the paper. The roughness, which results from the burning of the methanol, can be relieved by diminishing injection-advance. The effect is satisfactory.
