复方甘草酸苷联合丹参治疗慢性乙型肝炎110例疗效观察

目的 观察复方甘草酸苷联合丹参治疗慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)的疗效.方法 治疗组复方甘草酸苷60 mL和丹参20 mL分别加入5％葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,每天2次.对照组:甘草酸单铵100 mg和门冬氨酸钾镁20 mL分别加入5％葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,每天1次,疗程均为1个月.治疗结束后进行疗效分析.结果 治疗组在患者症状、体征、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血清总胆红素(TBIL)方面均优于对照组.结论 复方甘草酸苷联合丹参可明显缓解CHB患者临床症状和肝功能损害,是治疗CHB的有效方法.

Effective observation on Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza for treating 110 cases of chronic hepatitis B

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza for treating chronic hepatitis B（CHB）.Methods 110 cases of CHB were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was intravenously dripped with Compound Glycyrrhizin 60 mL plus Salvia miltiorrhiza 20 mL adding to 5%GS 250mL,once daily for 1 month.The the control group was intravenously dripped with ammonium glycyrrhizinate 100mg and potassium magnessium aspartate 20 mL adding to 5% GS 250mL,once daily for 1 month.The curative effects after therapy were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The symptoms,physical signs,ALT,AST and TBIL in the treatment group were superior to the control.Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and liver damage of CHB,and is the effective combination method for treating CHB.
