圆弧转子泵转子型线设计

摘    要:针对圆弧转子泵的圆弧转子,分析了转子型线的组成和参数,根据共轭原理推导出圆弧转子的理论型线方程,进而得到转子的实际型线方程,并通过型线的参数方程建立了三维实体模型,运用三维设计软件中的运动模拟功能,对三维模型进行运动模拟,模拟结果可知转子型线之间没有干涉,且间隙均匀。

Abstract:This article analyzed the composition and parameters of the circular rotor in a circular rotor pump.Based on conjugating principle,the theoreticl curve equation was deduced,furthermore,the curve of the rotor in practical use was generated.Three-dimensional solid model was established using the parametrical equation of the curve,and movement simulation was conducted with software Autodesk Revit.The results show that no interference is found between the curves of the rotor,and uniform gap exists.
