| 摘 要： | 从城市规划评估的内涵、理论、方法等方面综述我国城市规划的评估研究，指出当前城市规划评估实践中存在的问题与困难。在分析各层次各类型的规划评估实践的基础上，对我国城市规划评估研究进行展望，即考虑概念认知的统一性和内涵表述的全面性研究、加强以政策分析为思想基础的城市规划评估研究、建立城市规划评估制度和评估标准研究、引入规范化的城市规划评估机制研究与构建中国特色的城市规划评估体系研究等。

| Abstract: | Based on summarizing production on the connotation, theories and methods of urban planning evaluation, this paper discusses and analyzes the existing problems and difficulties. Reviewing on the various levels and types of planning evalu- ation practice, the preview on urban plan- ning evaluation in China are put forward, such as considering the consistency of con- ceptual cognition and the comprehensive expression of the content, strengthening the research of urban planning evaluation that based on the.thought of policy analysis, establishing systems and criterias of urban planning evaluation, introducing the normalized evaluation mechanism of urban plan- ning and constructing urban planning evalu- ation system with Chinese characteristics. |
