摘    要:利用数值模拟软件DEFORM-3D对铁基粉末冶金液压马达阀板的压制成形过程进行数值模拟。研究了5种不同成形工艺参数方案条件下阀板压坯各区域的密度与整体密度的分布情况,分析了阀板外台阶和斜内台阶的成形密度与压坯整体密度分布不均匀的根本原因,获得了较优的阀板压制成形工艺参数并进行了生产实践验证,对提高同类铁基粉末冶金零件的成形工艺设计合理性具有重要借鉴意义。

Abstract:Forming process of Fe-based powder metallurgy hydraulic motors valve plate was simulated with the numerical simulation software DEFORM-3D.The local and overall valve plate density distribution was studied under the condition of five different forming process parameters.The basic reason of non-uniform density distribution in the outer step and inner step of the valve plate and the whole was also analyzed.The better forming process parameters were obtained,and the production process parameters were verified.It has important significance to improve the rationality of the process design for the similar powder metallurgy parts.
